I met my husband (romanzee) on this site in November 2008, we both were in the same location so meeting up was easy. I knew I wanted someone in Nigeria that I could get to meet and know properly. By December we had gone home to Lagos together to meet his siblings and mine. On my 40th birthday in Feb he surprised me with a text asking if i would marry him, and during dinner with my friends he gave me my engagement ring. We got married last week thursday on the 28th of May. I am very pleased with this website, I always make fun of my friends about online dating website cuz I never taught in a million years I will be participating in on line dating but this website proved me wrong.
